  2. Hello, We live in Asheville, NC, and love to eat at Mela, a wonderful Indian restaurant. i want to duplicate a spinach dish they serve. The spinach is like a very heavy soup with squares of tofu in it. Any idea of other ingredients?

    • usually spinach soup is called as palak shorba in hindi language. i am not sure what they call this soup there. but the recipe can vary depending on the ingredients used. so it will be difficult for me to guess the ingredients in the palak soup. i have shared a palak soup earlier, but it is a very simple version, but tastes good. you can add some tofu in this recipe. also you can use any neutral oil for making this soup.
