  2. Hi and thank you for these delicious recipes! The flavour seemed off at first and then I noticed the lower amount of oil in this recipe vs the banana loaf. Is this for a particular reason? The flavor is still nice but it seems to require some butter on top for the right mouthfeel.

    1. I found the flavor perfect for the bread. I have made this pumpkin bread many times and never felt the need to add more oil. But do feel free to add some more oil or butter if needed.
