    Dassanaji, the beating of coffee serves just one purpose which is foam formation? Or is there any other reason? Is there any impact on the taste?

    1. beating coffee makes the coffee concoction lighter and better in terms of taste and flavor. obviously, it also helps in foam fermentation. you have to try the technique to know that it really elevates the coffee flavor and taste. thanks.
