How to Make Raspberry Juice (Stepwise)

1. Rinse 250 grams fresh raspberries thoroughly in water. Drain all the water using a colander or strainer.

Add the rinsed raspberries to a blender jar.

2. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons sugar. Feel free to add your preferred sweetener instead of sugar.

3. Next add 1½ cups water. For a cold juice, you can add chilled water.

4. Blend until smooth and evenly mixed. Taste the juice and add more sugar if needed.

Check the consistency. For a slightly thinner juice, add up to ¼ cup more water and blend again.

At this stage, you can add ½ teaspoon lemon juice if the raspberries are not very tart.

5. The seeds naturally give a slightly gritty texture. If you prefer a smoother raspberry juice, strain it through a fine mesh strainer.

6. Pour into glasses and serve raspberry juice immediately. You can also chill the juice for a few hours before serving.
