  3. Hey Dassana
Thanks for the lovely recipe. I was waiting for yeast free recipe (since i am total failure with yeast )

Will definitely try and give feedback soon. I am going to use convection oven and would like to know how long it takes approx so i can keep a check.

    1. thanks rama. i did bake two pizzas in the oven. i preheated the oven at 250 degrees celsius for 20 minutes (use the highest temperature setting in your oven). then placed the pizza pan and baked till the cheese melted and the crust was golden. timing will vary. in convection oven the baking is fast. so it can take from 10 minutes to 25 minutes.

i will be adding a no yeast bread recipe also in some time. if there is any other no yeast recipes, then you can tell me their names. i can try them and then add the recipes.

      1. Dear Dassana
Thanks for your quick reply. Will definitely try soon. It bakes faster in convection oven. I have noticed it when making muffins.

        Looking forward to more recipes.

Tried today. It came out amazing. Yummy pizza.
I pre heated and baked at 200 for 20 minutes. Crust done well. dough was elastic. Made 3 and froze remaining dough.

  4. Thank you for posting this recipe. It is a welcome one. It is described very diligently in detail. I am going to try it soon. The only thing I wanna know is, can I do with whole wheat flour? Do I need to some changes in that case?
    Thanks again4 stars

    1. thanks reet. you can do with whole wheat flour. i have made with whole wheat flour too, but the taste is like chapati pizza. its like a chapati in which some baking soda and baking powder is added. if you are fine with the taste of atta, then you can use whole wheat flour. you may need to add more water, if using whole wheat flour. also knead very well to a smooth soft dough. the rest of the recipe remains the same. to get more lightness in the texture, you can use the ratio of 1:1 or 0.75:0.25 ratio of whole wheat flour and all purpose flour (maida).
