    1. Yes, you can definitely use a combination of these cheeses for the parathas. If you’re using processed, mozzarella, cheddar, or even cream cheese, they all work well together. Just make sure the filling isn’t too salty. Feel free to mix and match based on what you have.

  2. hello dassana, yummy parathas would like to try these. I hv one que here i can get several varieties of cheddar cheese like plain,sharp,mild with white n orange color I never tried cheddar cheese which u recommend ?

    1. avanti, i have used white which is assume is the plain one, mild and orange coloured one. never used sharp cheddar cheese. both plain, mild and orange coloured ones taste good. so you can use any. or you can even use a mix of them.

    Can we use cottage cheese for thiz recipe?Moreover ive never purchased cheddar cheese. Heard its gud for babies. Where do we get 1 n is thr any specific brand or simply cheddar cheese is the name by which it is sold??

  9. In my place there isn’t available grated cheese. Only sliced cheese is available. So can we make with this sliced cheese?
