  1. This lentil recipe tastes fantastic! The instructions are easy to follow and it was actually pretty quick using the instant pot for the first step to cook the lentils. I forgot to buy the fresh green chili so I used a teaspoon of a dried blend of jalapeno / habanero / hatch.5 stars

  2. Yummy and easy too. I’d cooked a handful of brown lentils beforehand and wasn’t really in the mood….Your recipe transformed them. I used olive oil but mixed in some ghee in my bowl to give it that scrum-diddly-umptiousness!
