  2. Can I replace roasted almonds with roasted sesame seeds in this recipe? I find it difficult to get to the soft ball stage (which is the recipe you’ve suggested for til laddoo)- so I was wondering if this recipe would work with sesame seeds? Thanks.

    I have some almond flour at home which I need to use somehow. Can I follow this same recipe by roasting the almond flour a little?

  6. Thank you for this lovely recipe. It was the first time I had made ladoos but it was simple to follow and made great vegan ladoos – an easy way to eat almonds and gud!5 stars

  7. I did try this recipe.. but after powdering the badam n jaggery initially I was able to make 4 laddos but after tht it started breaking.. then I added the it was gud.5 stars

      1. okay. you need to grind more, till some oil is felt in the mixture. when you press a small portion of the ground almonds, it will hold itself together. this is due to the oil present in the almonds. if the almonds are just ground to a fine powder and oil is not released from them, then the mixture will be powdery and not be able to form into ladoos. hope this helps.
