  3. A simple, healthy and tasty soup..Minimal seasonings brings out the taste of the mixed veggies..also loved the crunchy taste..Garnished with mint leaves since I did not have spring onions.5 stars

    1. yes, less seasonings bring out the flavors of the vegetables. any herb can be used for garnishing. even coriander leaves will be good.

    I m also a silent follower of ur recipes.. Even sometimes wen I don’t kno Wat to cook Mrg at 4 I open ur recipes and cook …thanks for your recipes… I m sick and thought I ll hav some soup. So tried your veg clear soup.. I was short of pepper so added pinch of thyme and paprika.it tastes delicious .thank you.. I have tried Gobi Manchurian, veg fried rice, i m planning to try Akki roti tomo mrg if I m feeling better.
