Jackfruit Shake | Jackfruit Milkshake
Jackfruit Shake is summer drink made in some parts of Southern India. This Jackfruit Milkshake is a simple and easy to prepare recipe. It is made with ripe and sweet tasting jackfruit, coconut milk and a few more ingredients.

For Milkshake

jackfruit
- chopped, ripe & sweet, seeds removed - 250 grams; can be fresh or canned

Coconut Milk (Thick)
or ¾ to 1 cup thick coconut milk
2 to 3

jaggery powder
or add as required

For Garnish

jackfruit
- finely chopped, optional

Instructions
Chop the jackfruit pods. Remove the seeds. Add the chopped jackfruit in a blender.
Add the coconut milk and jaggery powder.
Blend till smooth and then add the ice cubes and ¼ cup water.
Blend again with the ice cubes. For a thinner consistency you can add some more water.
Pour the prepared Jackfruit Milkshake in glasses. Garnish with some finely chopped jackfruit cubes.
Serve Jackfruit Shake immediately.
Notes
Feel free to add your preferred sweeteners in the milkshake. Adjust the sweetener according to taste.
If coconut milk is unavailable make the jackfruit shake with oats milk, cashew milk or almond milk.
Ensure that the jackfruit is well ripened and sweet tasting.
