Grill till crisp and golden.
Remove and serve curd sandwich hot or warm plain or with any dip or sauce of your choice.
Notes
Add your preferred vegetables. For crunchy veggies like carrots, cabbage etc, make sure they are grated or shredded. For veggies like tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, onions etc you can finely chop them.
Season the sandwiches with the herbs and spices you like.
For an additional layer of flavor you can spread some mayonnaise on the bread.
These curd sandwiches are best when they are served as soon as they are made. Do not keep them stored as the veggies may release their juices and make the sandwiches soggy.
