Apple Milkshake is a quick and easy beverage that can be made for breakfast or as quick snack. This Apple Shake recipe is made with almond milk and can easily be made with any other plant based milk.

Instructions
Peel, core and chop the apples. Add them in the blender jar along ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder and 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar. The amount of sugar to be added depends on the sweetness of the apples. So add as required.
Add ½ cup of the almond milk or lite coconut milk. Blend all the ingredients till smooth.
Add the remaining almond milk or coconut milk and blend again.
Pour the apple milkshake in glasses sprinkled with ground cinnamon powder. You can also add some chopped apple cubes while serving.
Notes
You can even use Non GMO soy milk or cashew milk.
Use sweet tasting apples.
Preferably remove the peels from the apples.
Ground cinnamon can be skipped. You could even add a bit of vanilla extract instead or ground green cardamom powder.
Add sweetener of your choice or you can choose to omit adding the sugar entirely.
