pineapple smoothie recipe - this is a refreshing and yum vegan smoothie made with some fresh pineapple.

- 2 cups chopped pineapple or 9 to 10 pineapple slices
- 1.5 cups coconut milk (thin to medium consistency)
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder - optional
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar - optional
take 2 cups chopped pineapple in a blender or mixer jar.
add ½ cup coconut milk (thin to medium consistency).
add 1 pinch cinnamon powder (optional). you can also add a bit of fresh ginger or ginger powder.
blend till the pineapple pieces are pureed well. there should be no small chunks of pineapple.
then add remaining 1 cup of coconut milk (thin to medium consistency).
blend again till everything is mixed well.
pour in glasses. you can serve with pineapple cubes or cherries. serve pineapple smoothie immediately.
