of a medium sized papaya

large alphonso mangoes
or any sweet variety of mango
2
medium sized bananas
4 to 5
ice cubes
(optional)
Instructions
Peel and chop the fruits
Liquidize or blend all in a blender.
Pour in glasses and serve mango banana papaya smoothie immediately.
Add ice cubes if required.
