Ingredients

  • ½ of a medium sized papaya
  • 2 large alphonso mangoes or any sweet variety of mango
  • 2 medium sized bananas
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • peel and chop the fruits
  • liquidize or blend all in a blender.
