Whole Wheat Bread

Mix whole wheat flour with salt in a bowl. Add in the yeast. To know more, swipe up!

Add yogurt and ghee, butter or oil.

Firstly, mix well. Then, knead into a soft dough, adding water at intervals. To know more, swipe up!

Keep dough in a wide bowl and lightly brush water all over it.

Keep dough covered for 30 to 35 minutes. This is the risen dough.

Later, punch and lightly knead the dough. Make a log and seam the edges.

Place the dough log in a greased loaf pan and keep it again for 40 to 45 minutes.

Make a cross or slits on the dough and lightly brush with milk.

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 22 to 25 minutes. To know more, swipe up!
