Watermelon Juice
Look for a heavy watermelon that has a green tone on the bottom. This means it is ripe.
Rise the outside of the watermelon and cut in half with a knife.
Next, cut the circular halves into wedges. You may have to repeat with larger pieces.
With a knife, scrape down the seeds.
Cut around the middle axis with the knife
Cut around to the other side.
Cut the watermelon right underneath the wedge part.
Cut and separate the smaller wedge from the larger one.
Remove any seeds you see.
Remove the black seeds from the smaller wedge, then chop into cubes. You can keep the white seeds as they blend easily while making the juice.
Slice the pink watermelon flesh from the rind.

Add the cubed fruit to a blender, then add 1 ½ teaspoon of lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
