Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and finely chopped ginger.
Sauté till the raw aroma of ginger and garlic goes away.

Add finely chopped vegetables - cabbage, carrot, capsicum and French beans.
Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes on medium-low heat.

Add ground black pepper.
Next, add salt.
Grate some nutmeg into the soup.
Mix really well.
