Rava Dhokla

Mix together rava or suji, ginger-chili paste, lemon juice, sugar, salt and some water in a mixing bowl.

Pour the prepared batter in a greased pan.

Spread the batter in the pan with a spoon.

Steam the dhokla mixture using a stovetop pressure cooker, an electric rice cooker or Instant Pot. To know more, swipe up!

For the tempering. heat peanut oil or any neutral flavored oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and let it crackle,

Next, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Then, add asafoetida, white sesame seeds, curry leaves and fry foe some seconds. To know more, swipe up!

Pour the tempering evenly on rava dhokla.
