Pani Puri

Rinse and chop coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and ginger.

Add the ingredients in a grinder or blender jar.

Add water and blend to a smooth consistency.

Remove the chutney in a bowl or small pan.

Add water to the blender jar and swirl the jar so that the chutney at the sides of the jar gets mixed with the water.

Add this water to the bowl containing the chutney.

To make the filling, boil, peel and chop potatoes into small cubes. To know more, swipe up!

Add chopped onions and chopped coriander leaves.

Add red chili powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and salt.

Stir, mix well and keep aside.

Finally, add a few teaspoons of the prepared spiced water.
