Orange Juice

Begin by peeling the oranges. Remove pith and white layers from orange segments. If you like to blend a cold juice, refrigerate the orange segments and then use.

Add lemon juice (optional). Know why I use it, swipe up!

Blend on low to medium speed till the mixture turns pulpy and oranges are crushed.

Strain the Orange Juice through a juice or mesh strainer.

Using a spoon, press and move the pulp around to help strain the juice. Continue till the juice is strained as much as possible.

The strained juice will look like this. The remaining stringy pulp can be discarded or used as compost for your plants.

Pour Orange Juice in tall glasses and serve. For more recipes, visit vegrecipesofindia.com
