Remove the crown and the base tip, slice okra vertically into 4 pieces. To know more, swipe up!

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder (amchur), chaat masala powder and salt on the okra pieces.

Also, add gram flour on okra pieces.

Marinate the okra pieces for 20 to 30 minutes or for 1 hour.

Fry on medium heat. When one side becomes crisp, turn over with a slotted spoon and fry the other side.

Turn over a couple of times to get crisp and evenly fried okra.

Fry all the okra pieces on medium heat till golden brown and crisp.

Remove fried okra with a slotted spoon, straining the extra oil.
