Take cold or room temperature water in a bowl. Use a lemon press to squeeze the juice out of lemons into the water.

Add roasted cumin powder to the water mixture.
Add black pepper powder or white pepper powder to the water mixture. This is optional.
Add a zing in the Nimbu Pani by adding chaat masala powder.
Add black salt. You can use regular salt too instead of black salt.
Stir the Nimbu Pani mixture very well.
