Moong Sprouts Salad

Take the moong sprouts in a colander or strainer and rinse thoroughly in water.

Drain well. Then, either steam or boil the moong sprouts till completely cooked, but not mushy. To know more, swipe up!

Next, drain the water from the cooked moong sprouts.

Take the cooked moong sprouts in a large mixing bowl.

Add finely chopped tomatoes and finely chopped onions.

Mix all the ingredients very well.

Add salt and pour in the lemon juice. Mix well.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
