Mooli Paratha

Rinse, peel and grate white radish (mooli). Keep for 15 to 20 minutes and then squeeze the water from it. To know how to make the dough, swipe up!

Add chopped green chilies to the grated mooli. To know more, swipe up!

Take 2 lemon sized balls from the dough and roll them into a small disc on a dusted rolling board.

Place a generous quantity of mooli stuffing on one of the discs. To know more, swipe up!

Cover with the other disc and join the edges.

Roll the dough into the size of a paratha or roti. To know more, swipe up!

Heat a tawa and fry the paratha on using ghee or oil, till evenly done from both sides. To know more, swipe up!
