Mint Chutney

Rinse fresh mint leaves, green chilies and peeled ginger.

Add fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped ginger and green chilies in a blender jar.

Add lemon juice.

Add some water and blend to a smooth consistency.

Blend well. Do not add too much water while blending.
