Mango Panna Cotta

Chop the agar agar strands into small pieces. Soak in warm water for 10 minutes. To know more, swipe up!

Peel, chop and puree Alphonso mangoes in a blender. To know more, swipe up!

Mix light cream or whipping cream, whole milk and sugar in a saucepan. Place it on low to medium-low heat and stir with a wired whisk.

Place agar agar and water solution on stovetop. Stir till the agar agar strands are dissolved.

Bring the sweetened cream mixture to a gentle simmer. Turn off the heat.

Mix hot agar agar solution in the hot sweetened cream mixture. Stir very well with a wired whisk.

Allow the cream mixture to cool a bit, then add the prepared mango puree and vanilla extract.

Mix well with a whisk till the mixture is uniform.

Pour panna cotta mixture in serving bowls, cover with a lid, foil or plastic wrap. Cool and refrigerate till set.
