Mango Mousse

Peel and chop mangoes; put them in a blender. Whether to sweeten further or not, swipe up to know!

Blend till a thick, smooth mango puree is achieved.

Take light or whipping cream in a bowl and start beating with an electric beater or wired whisk.

Beat on medium to medium-high speed until soft and fluffy peaks are formed. Don't over whip.

Add pureed mangoes to the whipped cream.

Gently fold and mix the pureed mangoes with the whipped cream to a rich and soft consistency.
