Wash, peel and chop pumpkin into small pieces or cubes.

Add pumpkin pieces, stir and mix well.

Mix the spice powders and sugar well with the pumpkin pieces.

Add water and rock salt, stir and mix well.

Mash the cooked pumpkin pieces with a spoon or a vegetable masher.

Add garam masala powder and dried mango powder (amchur powder).
