Take chilled whipping cream and vanilla extract in a bowl. You can use vanilla essence too.

Begin whipping the cream with an electric beater at full speed. Timing will vary depending on the fat content in the cream.

Whip till stiff or soft peaks are formed.

Add chilled sweetened condensed milk.

Fold well, but gently. Make sure to not overfold as then the mixture can fall flat.

Remove the ice cream mixture in a container or box.

Cover with a tight fitting lid and freeze till the ice cream is set.
