Gujarati Kadhi

In a mixing bowl, add curd, gram flour (besan), ginger-green chili paste, sugar and salt.

Add water and whisk to a smooth mixture. There should not be any lumps in this liquid mixture.

Heat oil or ghee in a sauce pan or pot. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle on low heat. For the remaining spice list, swipe up!

Add the prepared curd mixture carefully.

Stir and mix well to combine. On a medium-low to medium heat, let the kadhi come to a boil first.
