Ginger Tea

Crush green cardamoms in a mortar-pestle.

Add water, grated ginger and crushed cardamoms with the peels in a saucepan.

Boil the spiced water for 4 to 5 minutes or till the water changes to a mild yellowish color.

Add white or raw sugar and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

Simmer the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes or till the water gets a deep red color. To know more, swipe up!

Now, add milk to the tea mixture.

Strain the ginger tea through a strainer into cups.
