Fruit Chaat

Peel and chop potatoes into cubes. Shallow-fry in hot oil in a pan or skillet.

Fry potato cubes till they turn crisp, golden and are evenly cooked. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Place fried potato cubes on kitchen paper towel to soak up excess oil.

Begin mixing the fruits by adding chopped apple cubes in a bowl first.

Next, add chopped bananas.

Continue by adding chopped ripe mangoes.

Now, add chopped boiled sweet potatoes.

Lastly, add fried potato cubes.

Next, add fresh lemon juice.

Add ground spices to the fruits and tubers in the bowl. To know the spices, swipe up!
