French Bean Recipe (Aloo Beans)

Heat oil in a thick-bottomed, heavy kadai. Add potato wedges and sauté on low or medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring. To know more, swipe up!

Add chopped French beans, stir and sauté on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix and continue to sauté on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. To know more, swipe up!

When the vegetables are tender and cooked well, add garam masala powder and dried mango powder (amchur powder). Stir to mix.
