Add water and stir.

Soak sabja seeds in water for about 20 to 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes and getting fully soaked, the sabja seeds will look gelatinous.

Using a fine strainer, drain the extra water from the sabja seeds. Cover and keep aside.

Add falooda sev to the boiling water.

Boil on medium heat until the falooda sev has softened.

The softened and well-cooked falooda sev will look like this.

Strain and drain the water from the cooked falooda sev. Rinse in running water and keep aside.

Begin assembling by adding rose syrup in tall serving glasses.

Next, add soaked sabja seeds.

Add chilled milk in a slow stream. Make sure the milk does not mix with the rose syrup and sabja seeds.

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Lastly, top with the chopped nuts and dry fruits.
