First, soak the chickpeas in a bowl of water.
Next, transfer the chickpeas to a grinder or blender.
Add chopped onions, chopped garlic, coriander leaves, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper, flour, and salt.
Next, add ½ teaspoon lemon juice.
Blend or process the chickpea mixture in small intervals.
Put the falafel mix in a bowl and season to taste if needed.
Make sure the oil is hot enough.
Place medium -sized bowls of falafel mixture and place into the medium-hot oil.
Now, fry the falafel until golden brown on all sides.
Drain a paper towel and serve.
