Heat ghee in a frying pan or kadai.
Add tightly packed grated coconut in the kadai.
Stir and sauté the coconut on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. To know more, swipe up!
Next, add sweetened condensed milk.
Add green cardamom powder.
Mix well and cook the mixture on low heat.
The mixture should begin to thicken. Stir regularly.
Once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, switch off the heat.
Take the coconut mixture in another bowl or pan and allow it to cool.
Once the mixture has cooled completely, take small balls from the mixture and shape into ladoos. To know more, swipe up!
Roll the ladoo in desiccated or fresh coconut till evenly coated.
Prepare the remaining coconut ladoos in the similar way.
