Chaas Recipe

To make masala chaas, add chilled curd, roasted ground cumin, fresh mint leaves and black salt in a large blender jar.

Add chilled or room temperature water. For a chiller version, add few ice cubes.

Blend for 2 to 3 minutes or till the curd is whisked well and a foamy layer is formed on the top.
