Rinse and pressure cook potatoes in salted water. When they are warm, peel and grate in a bowl.
Add chopped coriander leaves and finely chopped green chili.

Mix very well. Check the taste and add more spice powders and salt, if required.
Take a portion of the mixture and make small to medium rolls of potato filling. The size of the rolls will depend on the size of the bread.
Take bread slices on the chopping board and carefully slice off the edges with a knife.
Take water on a plate or a bowl. Dip the bread slice in the water completely.
Keep the bread in water and remove it after 1 to 2 seconds. Just let the bread absorb the water. It should get damp, but not overly.
Press the bread between your palms so that the excess water is squeezed out.
Place the prepared potato roll on one side of the moist bread slice.
Gently roll the bread and join the edges.
Press the edges, top and bottom parts to seal.

Heat any neutral flavored oil for deep frying or shallow frying in a pan. Add the bread rolls, gently and carefully in the oil. To know more, swipe up!

Remove fried bread rolls from oil with a slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper towel.
