Boondi Raita

Warm water and pour it in a bowl.

Add boondi to the warm water.

Cover the bowl and soak the boondi for 9 to 12 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk the curd till smooth.

Drain the water from the soaked boondi.

Lightly press boondi in your palms to squeeze excess water. Add to whisked curd and mix gently.

Stir well to mix the spices.

Lastly, mix chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves.
