Take the coriander chutney in a bowl, taste and add more salt, if needed. Cover and keep aside.

Spread generous quantity of salted butter on bread slices. To know more, swipe up!

Spread a thin layer of the prepared coriander chutney too.
Place boiled beetroot slices on half the bread slices. Sprinkle some black or regular salt, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala powder on top.
Next, place tomato slices on top of beetroot slices.
Then, place cucumber slices on top and sprinkle salt and spice powders again.
Now, place thinly sliced onion slices and repeat the sprinkle of salt and spice powders.
Finally, place boiled potato slices and repeat the sprinkle of salt and spice powders for the last time.
Cover with remaining half of the butter-chutney spread bread slices.
Cut into 4 pieces of squares or rectangles. If using larger bread slices, cut into 6 pieces.
