Add roughly chopped coriander leaves, roughly chopped ginger, green chilies, chaat masala and salt in a grinder jar.

For the sweet-sour chutney, add jaggery, dried mango powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, dried ginger powder and salt in a pan.
Add water and stir well to mix.
Keep the pan on stovetop and let the mixture gently heat on low flame.
Switch off the heat when the mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
Next, roast puffed rice in a pan on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or till it becomes crisp. Cool it to room temperature.
To make bhel puri, take chopped boiled potatoes, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes in a bowl.

Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and black salt.
Add lemon juice.
Mix well and add masala chana and roasted peanuts.
Next, add roasted puffed rice and sev.
Quickly, stir the mixture well with a spoon.
