Eggless Banana Cake (Whole Wheat)
Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F. Peel & chop bananas. Add bananas to a bowl, then mash with a fork or potato masher.
Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and oil.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
Sieve whole wheat, baking soda and powder, and salt into the bowl.
Fold the dry and wet ingredients together until combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts. You can also add raisins, pistachios, or any other nuts/fruits of your choice.
Pour the batter into a greased or lined loaf pan ( 7.5 x 4 x 2.5 inches) or round cake pan (7.5 x 2 inches).
Gently tap/shake the pan. Plan pan in the center rack of oven. Bake for 45-50 mins.
If the top of the bread is browning, then cover with foil while baking.
When cooled, slice and remove from pan.
Enjoy with tea, coffee, milk, and so much more.
