French Beans Rice Recipe – By the title you know the 2 F’s are french beans and flaxseed.

I think I have given pretty much info about flaxseed in my earlier posts of Soyabean Flaxseed Dosa and Eggless Chocolate Cake with Flaxseed. So, in this post I will spare my readers the repetition of the health benefits of flaxseed.

As you know by now, this is a simple and healthy rice recipe.  It is easy and no frills recipe.  I always try to add flaxseed in my meals, wherever I can. This is one such recipe. You can have the rice with any veg curry or dal. It is similar to pulao but without the addition of onions and tomatoes. I made the rice in a microwave but you can cook the rice in a pan or pressure cooker too.

Not many people are fond of french beans but they are healthy and i try to include them in my diet. Few French Beans Recipes on the blog are Punjabi Aloo French Beans SabziFrench Beans Poriyal and Goan French Beans Foogath.
